

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Refunds:
You can request a refund within 14 days of the date your order was despatched.
Exchanges:
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of despatch. Please note: if you exchange an item outside the 14-day refund window, we’re unable to refund the exchanged item later unless it’s faulty.
Return Postage:
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We also can’t accept returns on:

Items that have been engraved, personalised, or altered

Bespoke or special order items, including products we don’t normally stock but have ordered specifically for you
These items can only be returned if they’re faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Damaged Items
​If your item arrives faulty or becomes faulty through no fault of your own, we will offer a replacement or refund. However, this does not cover faults caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
